Protein Restricted Diet is
commonly used for patients who has a Renal or Liver disease. This will
help to control the protein intake in the body that can trigger to a
more complex disease, though if protein intake is huge for patients who
has a weak liver. Proteins goes to bloodstream and becomes a waste
product eg; ammonia when liver fails to metabolize and or kidney fails
to excrete, that could be dangerous to a patient's health.
Aim:
Provides enough protein to maintain nutritional status but not an amount that will allow the buildup of waste products from protein metabolism.

Protein must be limited to 40 to 60 grams a day. And always include 6 to 8 glasses of fluids, like water per day.

cauliflower, cabbage, lettuce, sweet potato, red and ripe tomatoes,
cucumber with peel, papayas, etc..
