How To Overcome Caffeine Addiction

Why do you need to abstain yourself from drinking too much coffee? The answer is that coffee is a stimulant but at the same time a poison. However coffee is a drug that stimulates the drinker's brain, increase blood pressure and increases the pulse rate until medication is ineffective. 

But why is it the people's most favorite hot drink? Maybe because it gives us start-up in the morning? covers up our fatigue during break time? Still drinking coffee is unhealthy. So here's how to overcome caffeine addiction.

  • Give yourself a time to get used to it, be patient.
  • Believe in yourself that you may overcome caffeine addiction.
  • Spend atleast 20 minutes of exercise daily.
  • Give yourself a hot shower just right after your every exercise.

This will give you good stimulant for your body and thus improves your blood circulation. Exercise is always healthy as this will keep your organs active. Unlike caffeine's bad effect, doing this activity also gives you good stimulant which is better than your coffee.

It is normal that in the early to mid afternoon a person may feel a need of sleep because of his daily exercise, but which is better than being stressed or depressed craving for another cup of coffee.
