Cold Tomato Cottage Cheese Soup (Blender) Recipe.
- Tomato juice; 19 oz can or 540ml
- Milk; 1 cup or 250ml
- Cottage cheese; 1 cup or 250ml
- Lemon juice; 2 tbsp or 30ml
- Prepared horseradish; 2 tsp or 10ml
- Green onions, chopped coarsely; 4
- Ice; 8 cubes
- Salt; 1/2 tsp or 2ml
- Pepper; 1/4 tsp or 1ml
Combine tomato juice, milk, cottage cheese, lemon juice, horseradish, onions and ice cubes in the glass of the blender.
Whirl just until blender (there should still be some little pieces of onions showing).
Taste and add salt and pepper needed.
Serve immediately in mugs.
Serves up to 6 persons.
