Garlic Health Benefits

Do you love Garlic? Have you ever wonder what health benefits from garlic we can get? Basically there's still no good evidence that taking garlic will bring good benefits to your health. Thus, on the other hand eating huge amount of garlic can cause dermatitis, stomach problems and rarely allergic reaction. Although Garlic is one of the most used spices in most recipes, So for now, at least you may keep garlic in your kitchen.

Garlic contains organosulfur compounds. These compounds doesn't have any value in human nutrition. BUT they may block the effects of cancer causing agents, drugs, and other potentially toxic materials.

In previous research, there are some theories linking to garlic and some other foods to cancer protection. But somehow emphasized that those theories from animal studies can't be applied to people. Research supports a basic message about diet and cancer. Thus people who eat huge amount of vegetables and fruits have the lowest risk of getting cancer.

There is evidence that increased garlic consumption may reduce pancreatic cancer risk. There is another study in France conducted and it found that increased garlic consumption significantly reduced breast cancer risk.
