Are you having a hard time encoding HTML codes in blogger? thus, it appears literally?
Well all you need to do is go to:
*New post.
Then locate and click "Post Options" at the bottom left of the text area.
Under "Compose Settings" select *Interpret Typed HTML.
After typing those HTML codes, publish it. Then it will already interpret the code.
